VISA Letter Requests

Exhibitor Personnel and Attendees

Whether you are an exhibitor or an attendee, you must first register to attend the show before a visa letter request can be processed. The option to request the visa letter will be available within the registration process. Letters will only be issued to exhibiting companies that have paid exhibit contracts or attendees who have completed their registration.

Due to Visa processing time required by the United States embassy facilities, we recommend that individuals build in ample time before their planned travel date.
