FABTECH Exhibitor TigerStop Provides Solutions with CNBC’s The Profit

Tigerstop exhibit at FABTECH
At FABTECH 2015 in November, the CNBC show The Profit filmed host Marcus Lemonis with Larry Lieberman the owner of Vision Quest Lighting as they made their way around the show floor checking out equipment to purchase. FABTECH exhibitor, TigerStop was one of a few select companies that helped Vision Quest Lighting discover new solutions to meet their needs. Marcus helped guide Vision Quest towards purchasing a TigerStop automated stop/gauge and pusher system that attaches to saws, boring equipment, drills, punches and more, to give accurate and repeatable cuts. Vision Quest specifically needed this piece of equipment to address areas of inefficiency in their cutting processes. The former method utilized by Vision Quest to cut parts proved to be problematic because any repetitive cuts requiring accuracy meant one of their more skilled workers had to set up a fixed stop on a homemade table for each length. TigerStop provided the solution allowing for set up of a series of cut lengths to be quick and easy while also increasing accuracy and freeing up the skilled workers. Read more from TigerStop on their experience with The Profit including an interview with Vision Quest’s Executive Vice President, Torrey M. Bievenour in their blog post here.
