SHOW DIRECTORY & WEB LISTING           (top)

The information you provide in the Exhibitor Dashboard is used to create your company’s listings and highlight the products or services you will offer at the show online and in the printed Show Directory distributed onsite. The basic web listing found at www.fabtechexpo.com will only include company name, address, phone, fax and web address. You can upgrade to an enhanced listing by completing the Print & Web Advertising Insertion Order Form. Make sure to update and approve your listing information early to ensure your company is listed correctly.

CUSTOMIZED SHOW TICKETS           (top)

Target key customers and potential customers with customized, self-mailer invitations available free of charge to all exhibitors.  These passes allow you to invite your customers and prospects to register and attend the show for FREE.  Here are a few suggestions for distributing show tickets:

  • Have your sales force hand them out during their sales calls or mail to customers with a personal note.
  • Schedule a special mailing to customers with a letter highlighting why they should attend and what new solution you’ll be unveiling at the show. 
  • If you utilize a distributor network to sell your products, be sure to provide them with passes and ask them to invite their prospects to attend the show.  Regional distributors offer huge potential for bringing buyers to your booth. 
  • Insert tickets into all company mailings, invoices, newsletters, and business correspondence.

NEW PRODUCT PREVIEW           (top)

Gain visibility for your new products by submitting a new product description and photo that may be included in the New Product Preview. The New Product Preview is a pre-show mailer slated for distribution to approximately 250,000 people in the industry about 7 weeks before the show.  Inclusion in the New Product Preview is dependent on submissions received by the deadline on a first-come, first-served basis, and inclusion is based on space availability.  To qualify for a listing, your product or service must be a completely new or a substantial enhancement or change to an existing product or service and must be launched at the 2010 event or introduced to the marketplace after the 2009 show.

EXHIBITOR INVITES – A CUSTOMIZED EMAIL CAMPAIGN PROGRAM           (top)

New this year!  FABTECH is offering exhibitors a free promotional tool, Exhibitor Invites™, which allows you to create and launch your own customized email campaign to invite your best customers and prospects to the show. With Exhibitor Invites, you can:

  • Send up to three emails to an unlimited number of your customers and prospects, offering them customized information about your company, free registration for the show, and a friendly reminder to stop by your booth.

SECONDARY COMPANY LISTING           (top)

Are you sharing your contracted booth space with a business partner?  Want each company to get full recognition in the Show Directory and online?  Sign up for a Secondary Company Listing and each non-contracted exhibitor will receive a full directory listing and a Classic Level web listing.

Directory listing includes a listing in the alphabetical section of the book and under each applicable product category.  Full listing displays company logo and company name appears in red in each product category listing for added emphasis.  A Classic Level web listing includes company logo, company profile, product listings, featured exhibitor “icon” on search results, booth “turn up” feature on floor plan, and leads from agenda planner.
