From the Harstfied-Jackson Atlanta airport where 80% of the U.S. population is within a 2 hour flight, to the economical MARTA system that arrives within minutes to downtown, Midtown, Buckhead and points north, Atlanta has many forms of transportation available. Whatever your transportation needs, from FABTECH attendee to site seer to shopper, Atlanta has it covered.

With one main airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and a variety of Atlanta transportation options, getting around the city is easy.

BUS & RAIL SERVICE

MARTA - Atlanta's mass transit system marta_LevelOne.gifprovides a convenient ride for just $2 each way.  Fares, schedules and routes are subject to change. Click on the link to find most recent information concerning MARTA.

MARTA Train - MARTA trains operate daily from 5 a.m. – 1:00 a.m. weekdays, with AM and PM peak service every 12 minutes, off-peak service every 15 minutes, and night service after 9 p.m. every 20 minutes. With an airport station, MARTA arrives within minutes to downtown, Midtown, Buckhead and points north. Omni station serves the Georgia World Congress Center.

MARTA Buses - MARTA buses operate weekdays from approximately 5 a.m. to 1:30 a.m and until 12:30 a.m. weekends and holidays. Bus schedules may vary by neighborhood.

TAXI CABS

Atlanta has established set taxi fares between the airport and the downtown convention district and several other locations.
