The Value of Investing in Education

As an association, the Chemical Coaters International has always invested in educational opportunities for those in the industrial finishing industry.  It is our belief that the more educational opportunities made available to students, employees and companies, the products being manufactured will benefit from a more efficient and higher quality production process. It also means delivering outstanding educational opportunities to FABTECH attendees in the USA, Canada and Mexico through each respective FABTECH show.  Have you taken the time to review the education programming available in Chicago from November 11- 14?  CCAI is offering 27 finishing sessions throughout the four days, many of them include new presentations!  CLICK HERE to review all of the finishing education sessions and join us for the sessions that provide the information you need to improve your finishing operations… or even get started in finishing!  Take advantage of a 30% discount off any finishing session with the promo code FINISHING30 when you register. Beyond FABTECH, for CCAI, this means investing in projects like a finishing course curriculum, training manuals in multiple languages, hands-on training seminars, chapter meetings and events, student outreach, internships/co-ops, and distribution of scholarships that all play a vital role in continuing education to move our industry forward. There are so many ways that companies can and should invest in their employee’s education. With CCAI’s ongoing initiatives, there are opportunities for everyone.  Please stop by CCAI’s booth B13026 to discuss the various ways we are delivering important education all year long.  You’ll have a chance to learn about CCAI Chapters across the country, pick up information on upcoming hands-on workshops, check out our just published training manuals in Spanish and learn how we are helping companies to implement intern and co-op programs. “Many of our corporate members already have successful internship and co-op programs,” states CCAI Executive Director, Anne Goyer.  “Our goal is to help other companies implement similar programs to attract talented students into our industry.  Workforce development is a big initiative for us.  These students are the future of our industry.  Anything we can do to help facilitate attracting bright, young talent is worth the investment!” Do you give thought to your company’s investment in educating employees and staff?  CCAI urges you to give it some serious thought.  Our manufacturing future depends on it!  #CCAIFABTECH  #FABTECH19
