Mach 1 Sabre Beveling Arm
The SABRE is a modular beveling attachment for the CN-Seamless Mach 1 portable CNC cutting system, built to cut accurate, repeatable bevels on heavy plate wherever the work is: the shop floor, the shipyard, or the job site.
A powered rotating axis and articulating arm add degrees of freedom to the Mach 1. They hold the torch at bevel angles up to 52.5° while following the cut path, so contoured edges get the same consistent bevel as straight runs. Interchangeable end effectors let one arm take on a range of tool paths and applications.
The SABRE mounts directly to the Mach 1, which attaches magnetically to steel, runs on standard 120V power, and is controlled from a ruggedized tablet. There’s no gantry, no hauling plate to a cutting table, and far less hand grinding to clean up freehand bevels.
