As an owner and operator, Stephen brings practical, firsthand experience with the challenges of implementing technology in a working powder coating facility. He will share an owner’s perspective on ERP implementation, including lessons learned, operational challenges, and how ERP systems can improve production visibility, communication, and overall efficiency.
